Here is an easy workout routine for you to start getting your lower body in shape.
For today's video workout I have picked the best body-weight exercises to do at home if you want to lose thigh and glutes fat and see results in 3 days.
These exercises target your quadriceps, your glutes and your adductor muscles which will result in those muscles consuming more energy. This in turn will force your body to start burning more calories and melting fat to provide the energy to your muscles. And of course, this will give you the lower body fat loss result that you're looking to get.
