Too many complaints about no customer service and essentially id="hidden1" class="buttons"> no warranty. Can you tell us where you bought it and what company sold you the H2? I have seen other entities other than XGIMI selling their products. id="hidden2" class="buttons"> That bit of information could help us be aware of shady practicing like possibly giving you buying a H2 that someone has returned because of defects. Sorry this had to happen to you. Hopefully, if you got this directly from XGIMI, they would give you a new one. ....وسعت

@MrXyntecمنذ 5 سنوات H2 is a nice projector regarding quality, but it sucks regarding the operating system, and the XGimi appstore almost does not have any apps at all (at id="hidden3" class="buttons"> least a lot less then on the H1), also it is less compatible, a lot of sideloaded apps that work fine on the H1, do not run on the H2! The remote is not chargeable anymore and plastic instead of metal, and they reversed the position of the back and home button which is not handy if you have both the H1 and H2. Also the power cable is shorter, which makes the floor stand not usable anymore. How's that for an upgrade. ....وسعت

@AKHMOمنذ 5 سنوات All I can see In this video is the projector shuts down but it was on for sometimes and then went off it can be the screen saver timing set less if there id="hidden4" class="buttons"> is no motions for some seconds it turns off try do the setting put on 15 to 20 minutes wait time and see.because In this video I don't see any issue and you didn't show us those timings set. ....وسعت

@Doudy78منذ 3 سنوات --- WARNING --- There is a diffrence between XGIMI H2 GLOBAL VERSION and XGIMI H2. The H2 global version is 1350 ansi lumens and the H2 version is 2200 id="hidden6" class="buttons"> lumens. Not the same price. The fist one is about to 700 dollars and the second to 900 dollars. I dont know why Xgimi website dont have this version. It's not fair. We dont know if it's a fake vesion or official. That weird. And i saw there is a H3 at 1900 lumens not displayed on offical website. Sorry i'm too lost. With Xiaomi it's more clear. ....وسعت
