EULOGY BIRTH Rosemary Mutile Seve was born on 24.11.1950 in Ngaa village, Masii Location, Machakos County to her late parents Jonathan Ngewa Kitolo and Ann Mutio Ngewa. She was sister to the late Benjamin Kasia, Rachael Muema, the late Monica Mwova, Agnes Mutyambai, the late Joshua Kimuyu, Elizabeth Mueni and Fredrick Kimeu. Her parents-in-law were the late Samuel Seve and the late Lydia Mutile Seve and she was sister -in-law to Stephen, Ruth, Paul, Elizabeth, Grace, Titus, Phyles, James, Peter Josephine, Justus, Joyce, Damaris, Joseph, Jeniffer, Mirriam and Gemima EDUCATION Rosemary started her education at Mamiloki Primary School, passing the CPE exams. She then attended Machakos Girls High School, where she took the East African Certificate of Education in 1971. WORK LIFE Rosemary worked as a Clerk at Commercial Bank of Africa until 1976. Later, she joined Kenya Meat Commission, working for several years before delving into private business. In 2005, she pursued nursing training in the US, and subsequently, worked with various institutions there until her return to Kenya in March 2023. MARRIAGE LIFE In 1975, she celebrated her marriage with his beloved husband Benjamin Mawilu Seve in a colourful wedding ceremony held at A.I.C Ziwani in Nairobi. They were blessed with four children namely; Anita Mbula, Jordan Kyalo, Maureen Ndinda, and Antony Nzioki. She was the mother in-law to Bernard and Felistus and grandmother to; Lance, Garvin, Rosemarie, Ramsley, Ricky, Katerina, and Rosemarie. CHRISTIAN LIFE Rosemary was a very staunch, A.I.C member, she actively participated in church activities. She used to attend the Athiriver A.I.C Church and A.I.C Mwea. SICKNESS AND TREATMENT In mid-2022, she fell sick in the U.S.A and was hospitalized at Duke Medical Centre in North Carolina, followed by Parklands Hospital in Dallas, Texas. In March 2023, she returned to Kenya and was admitted to Nairobi West Hospital. She was readmitted to St. Paul's Hospital in Kitengela and later transferred to Kenyatta University Referral Hospital, where she calmly passed on June 26, 2023.
