@deltadelta666منذ 2 سنوات Watching these kinds of videos brings me back when i was training, im 17 about to make 18 in a week or so I'm not that old . I started training Sh id="hidden1" class="buttons">otokan Karate when i was second grade, when i grew up a little i also started going on Kyokushin. So i was going to school, i was studying and everyday i had a different training. Unfortunately School became more serious and i have to think about going to college now, except that i also noticed that i was physically weak so i started going to the gym and im going through the 4th month now. I have loved Karate my entire life, even though sometimes i was scared for my life when training it just made me stronger mentally and it also made me a good and patient person. There isn't a day that passes when i don't train at home so i want to thank all of these masters for creating such a lovely sport and i want to thank you for reading all of this. ....وسعت 5

@bh-xe2wpمنذ 4 سنوات 5.45 minuits in to the video I can confirm that Yes Enoeda
was probably the best Japanese Karate instructor I have ever trained with. I
also id="hidden3" class="buttons"> took my dan grades with him and so did my good lady. The power this man
had was ridiculous and to be honest you had to train with him to really appreciate
it. I did a couple to lighting control when he did his demos at the British
championships. I remember talking to Terry o Neil after one of Enoeda’s demo
because he took the wind out of Terry. Anybody from the KUGB Karate will know
who Terry was and how powerful and strong he was, so to knock the wind out of
Terry took some serious power. Those of you who don’t know who he is Look him
    up another incredible Shotokan instructor.

@alexferrara9287منذ 4 سنوات Mas Oyama should be in the top 5 at the VERY LEAST! During his reign, he brought legitimacy back to Karate! In that time period, Kyokushin Karatekas were id="hidden12" class="buttons"> the only fighters able to compete and actually beat Nak Muay's (Muay Thai practioners). Forget which style of Karate is the best, Mas Oyama was a man waaaay ahead of his time. He was just built different. Some people hate on him because he wasn't actually Japanese or Okinawan but, he adopted the culture and lived the life of a TRUE martial artist. Not to mention, if you train at a Kyokushin dojo (or any of its off-shoots) that allows punches to the head during sparring, it is arguably the most effective style of Karate. It's also one of the most diverse styles of Karate due to Oyama's background in other styles. Nonetheless, a TRUE pioneer of Karate. RIP Mas Oyama, OSU!! ....وسعت 122

@tomkirk2291منذ 3 سنوات A little known Karate master is Sensei Kazue Matsumoto (Dec) of Shoku Kai Karate (see image in my profile) taught in city of Cairns, Australia. The Shoku id="hidden16" class="buttons"> Kai name & style was retired (at his request) after his death. He is well known by Japanese Karate hierarchy but mostly unknown by the rest of the world. Born in Matsuyama 1941, in 1955 aged 14 he gained black belt & at that time the youngest in Japan. At 19 he was a professional karate instructor on his way to owning & managing 4 martial arts schools in Japan. At 23 yrs in 1964 was graded 5th Dan, the youngest then in Japan to do so then going on to 7th Dan at 32 yrs. In 1966 he followed the pearling industry as a marine biologist to Thursday Island in the far North of Australia where opened his first Australian karate school, later moving to the city of Cairns where he lived the rest of his life operating his dojo at Matsumoto Karate Academy (sadly now finished). Sensei Matsumoto also 3rd Dan Jujitsu, 3rd Dan Shorinji Kempo, studied Aikido, Kendo, & Iai-do. Highly skilled with Bo, Sai & Nunchaku. ....وسعت 2

@alistairlobo5009منذ 4 سنوات Well done for putting this video together, if others like myself have a different view and feel strongly enough inclined we can simply create our own list id="hidden22" class="buttons"> and video rather than putting our energy into attacking others (see previous comments), which when you think about it is not the Karate spirit! Disagree with people by all means but calling them 'crazy' when they have had the gumption to put something up there where others had not is IMO not the Karate way! Whilst my list would have been different, I was most grateful for it because I would not have found the time to do such a video myself and it inspired and intrigued me and my 2 boys (8 and 10 years old) who like myself practice Shokotan Karate. It's a bit like naming your top 20 football players of all time, 100 different football fans / players will probably come up with 100 different lists :) ....وسعت 1

With traditional shodokan karate academy and the small poorly attended dojo in Palmdale with Pepe Melan, although my first white belt test was in LA.
