Fennel seeds (sombu)= 100gm
Cinnamon sticks = 20 gm
Cloves = 20 gm
Cardamom = 20 gm
Kas kas = 25 gm
Stone flower= 1 tablespoon
Marathamoggu= 4 nos
Star anise = 3 nos
1 crushed nutmeg
Dry roast all the ingredients in a pan and grind to powder.
