corn flour / starch 2 to 3 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
black/white pepper pwd 1/2 tsp or to taste
oil / butter 1 tbsp
INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY :
oil / butter 1.5 tbsp
chili garlic sauce / ketchup 4 tbsp
blanched tomato puree 2 cup ( 2 large tomatoes )
salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
black / white pepper pwd 1/2 tsp or to taste
red chili pwd 1/2 tsp or to taste
artificial sweetener 1 tsp or skip it
corn flour 2 tbsp for sulary
grated ginger 1 tbsp
grated garlic 2 cloves or 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
chili sauce 2 tbsp
hot sauce ( sriracha ) 1 tsp
white vinegar 2 tbsp
VEGETABLES :
carrots chopped 2 cups
cabbage 2 cups cubed
capsicum 1 large cubed
spring onion 1 to 1.5 cups
( or use any vegetable you like )
