If you know me, you know I am a huge swiftie so of course I had to do a dance cardio workout to Taylor Swift's new song, "Anti-Hero". It was hard for me to pick which song to do from her new "Midnights" album but this one has been stuck in my head on repeat. I hope you enjoy this standing cardio taylor swift midnights workout. :)
This is not a lyrical dance workout but there is a flow to this Taylor Swift workout and the exercises all line up with the beat of the song! Some of the moves are a little funky but it's meant to be a fun way to get your body moving!

MY RECOMMENDATION: while this is a quick 3 minute cardio workout, I recommend that you do this workout multiple times in a row because it is THAT fun! :) After you do this workout, give one of these other Taylor Swift workouts a try too:
