My moist chocolate cake recipe is SIMPLE AND EASY to make and tastes delicious. Perfect snack for the kids. Make sure to use a good quality cocoa powder because it will have an impact to the flavor of the cake. Here areingredients and how to prepare. Enjoy!
Disclaimer: I'm not a chef. My cooking is based on my personal taste and I always do it my way. I just love cooking food and making video recipes of it, even my first time cooking. Most of my recipes are also from Youtube and other reading materials. My measurements are often estimates, and some of my ingredients are optional and leftovers.
Ingredients:
For cake batter:
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp instant coffee in 1 cup boiling water
For choco frosting:
1 cup full cream liquid milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1/8 cup cream
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp butter
Preparation:
*Preheat oven to 360F/180C.
*In the large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
*Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
*Beat until smooth about 3 minutes.
*Pour batter evenly between the two pans and bake for about 30-35 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
*Let it cool about 10 minutes.
*Prepare chocolate frosting.
*In the cooking pan, combine cocoa, sugar, milk, and cream.
*Mix and put in a fire, stir until smooth.
*Spread chocolate frosting evenly with a spatula all over the cake, then ready to serve!
