Peerless tire chains on 2014 LR4 Type S Clearance. Purchased on amazon, Check this out at Amazon.com Peerless 0232605 Auto-Trac Light Truck/SUV Tire Traction Chain - Set of 2 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003TDIL5G/ref= cm_sw_r_other_apa_9L7FAbN9JWH53 Was real easy to put on, I have 265/50r20 and 255/50r20 Toyo Observe GSi-5, which I can't wait to try out, but just in case I need to, I wanted to make sure there was clearance on the inside. If I put these on, the fastest I would go, would be 25 mph. Kids were in the street, not paying attention to the cars. I will have to post a video up, reviewing the tire, and the chains, if I use them, but probably not, since these Toyos, I've seen, grab to snow really well. The Toyos by the way are type H, which is one down from normal rating of T. I couldn't get Costco to put any snow rated tire on, they would have to drop me to the lowest speed rating. I have to say, the guy I talked to, which seems like the usual, didn't have time to talk about option or willingness to help me with anything. They lost my business, and after 12 years of buying tires there, I plan on buying from Les Shwab, or other places. Les Schwab, gave great customer service, which I never really had at Costco.
