It's a Jalapeno Popper Egg Roll done PAPA Texas Style! As soon as I saw PAPA Texas' challenge to make an egg roll that is not a typical egg roll, I knew I wanted to do a Jalapeno Popper version. After discussing with a friend, the idea of the Sweet Chili Lime dipping sauce was born. I don't have a recipe for either item and I didn't do any measuring.
