Playa Matapalo is a PUBLIC beach, not private.
The water park is nowhere near the beach. It is way out front, beyond the parking lot.
There is no such thing here as a "QUIET" pool. In fact, the publisher of this video is showing footage from a completely different resort.

When a guest have a complain they keep sending you to the same person over and over and nothing gets resolved.

All parties were like 1 hour max and then they closed down and everyone went back to their room. id="hidden7" class="buttons"> After 12AM there is nothing to do, literally. @hairconvo9742قبل 4 أشهر Riu palace is loosing two wedding right at this moment because of lack of communication and not replying to clients . No customer service over the phone id="hidden8" class="buttons"> but yet they show you a bright smile when you get there .
Hotels need to know same guest you are being rude with over the phone is rhe same guest you will try to smile into this person face at check in.
